Start
your own Get Unstuck group. Build a team of people that will support you
as you move forward. Put the word out that you are looking for others to
join
you on your journey. Make sure you choose people that will be there for you,
and are committed to your success. Make sure that don’t have any agenda
that is not in alignment with your goals. Constructive feedback is ok, but
not plain criticism. 5-6 members is the optimum. Meeting at least 2 times
per month keeps you in touch enough to monitor progress, and you can meet
as often
as once per week if you feel the need. Phone calls in between meetings are
a good way to have additional accountability, and support. Start today!
